Unable to download bills


Hi, I am trying to download previous bills from the My Account Download bills page, links to bills are shown back to August 2017 however none of the links download the bills they just reload the page.


I do have Acrobat Reader installed on my PC.


How can I get copies of my bills?

Hey @Dave7 - Are you able to try on a different browser? Generally speaking, Chrome works best with our systems.
