Unable to check my broadband usage via my account

I have been trying to access my pay as you go broadband account to check my usage. I get a message that the page is not avaliable. I have had no trouble in the past doing this ..I am hoping my account oage comes back soon and that I will not run out if data as a consequence of this...thank you for your reply in advance...😊

Hi @Kanga49 - Thanks for reaching out.

Have you since been able to log in? If not, can you please dry clearing your browsing history/cache and trying again?

Also, Chrome always works best with our systems if possible Smiley Happy

Hi Shauna ...thank you for answering ...ended up having a helpful conversation with 24/7 on line support with the billing people, they were able to let me know how much data I had in reserve....I will try the Chrome app and see if it works rather than my Safari browser...thank you again ...😊

On a side note - Is that your mobile number you've used as your YC handle? It might be a good idea to edit that.
