Hi, I have received this to my email account. I have checked and my billing delivery choices are to my email. So why am I receiving the following message from Optus and when I go into my account I cannot find a Verify Email button or notification anywhere???
Email from Optus says:
Hi, Your Optus bill for account number XXXXXXXXXX is ready for viewing and payment. You need to verify this email address to view the bill. Please log in to My Account and follow the prompts. Once you have verified your email address a copy of your bill will be sent to you each month via email.
Seems to be a variety of solutions in the Yes forum. Which is the correct process or do I just ignore this?
