Trying to link my mobile to this service for weeks.  Why do I get t his message constantly?

The crowd can't see that, please contact support via chat or phone to discuss.

It sounds like it might already be registered.


If you jump onto Chat, they'll be able to confirm whether your mobile is linked to an existing My Account profile. Accounts should be linked automatically with My Account, using the email address that's been logged as your contact email.
