Spam filter not working suddenly

My email account seems to suddenly be full of spam. Usually this sort of rubbish is blocked and sent to junk folder automatically so I don’t see it. . How do I fix this?

My server does't immediately direct spam to the spam folder even though I have blocked the various emails.
