Sim

Hi I'm new to Optus. I ordered 2 sim plans with 2 different mobile numbers but only received 1 just now. What happened to the other one? Will it be delivered soon? Thanks.

Did you get confirmation of the 2 orders when you made the purchase? If so you might need to ring 1300 300 562 and ask them what the story is.
