Do you only use the Webmail portal or do you have your Optusnet email address accessible via another email client such as Outlook?
I’m not sure about being able to export email from a web app like Optus Webmail, but you can definitely export emails from a client such as Outlook.

Sorry, just to add. You'll want to export your emails to Excel. Then it's as simple as saving the Excel doc to your USB drive.
