Restricted service

My account has been restricted - I am finding it hard to contact Optus via phone and your online chat system is horrendous to reach!

If you have paid your bill you can report a payment following the information on the first link. If you are having troubles paying your bill the second link might help. Failing that you might have to persist with telephone support as the only other method is the not so live chat / messaging thing.
