Hope you're all doing well.
I have been contacing Optus Customer Service for the past week or so asking them to remove a billing account which has been closed but is still showing on my My Account portal. So it currently shows that I have two billing accounts (I am supposed to have only one as the two billing accounts were consolidated into one).
Customer Support have no idea on how to get it removed and keep on coming up with ridiculous excuses - is there anyone who is reading this who works for Optus (@Dan_C) who would please be able to PM me to grab my account details so they can remove the account from showing up.
