I was a previous Virgin Mobile customer, migrated the number over to Optus.
Prior to this, I got a 2nd SIM, which is working fine on My Account.
I am unable to register the former Virgin service on the My Account. I switched this to Optus, lured by being able to manage both accounts on the same login, including Data Pooling.
Can someone please assist and advise if this is possible?

Thanks for reaching out to us @adrianwal. You're only able to register Optus service in My Account. You'll need to use Virgin's online portal to view your former Virgin service. Optus and Virgin are two separate companies, our services are not merged together, so you will not be able to data pool data from your Virgin service using your Optus service. If you would like us to take a look at your Optus account to clarify what has been set up, please send us a private message with your account details, full name and DOB for privacy.
