Hello @Dowsett. How did you go following Yeldarb's advice and reporting the payment to have your service restored? When you make a payment it's best to notify us using one of the methods in the above link as we'll be able to restore a restricted service normally within 15 minutes to 4 hours. For a suspended service you do need to speak with our Financial Services team first who can be reached on 1300 307 018. Don't hesitate to send us a private message if you still need assistance
