Tried to update password for "My Account" login thru profile page.
Everytime I try to change password it comes back as an error saying "there seems to be trouble on our end, try again later".
This has been an issue for a least a couple of months now.
Anyone else having issues updating their passwords or know of a solution?
I dare not touch my password to even find out if mine does the same.
Talking about known issues, if you try to sign up for a My Account, you will note that after entering your DOB, the screen seems to freeze and not let you push the next button. This has been that way for 3 years.... people not able to create a My Account, and Optus too lazy to fix it.
