We're unable to do anything with our account because Optus has our incorrect details. This is frustrating as we'd like to change/update some services but are unable to. We have been in-store at least three times and told the problem was fixed, but it isn't. I was in contact with customer services, but got cut off before I could speak with someone. I received numerous texts and emails to call them. I asked explicity for them to email with any questions they have because I cannot stay on hold because of my work, and did not receive a reply. I came here to post the question, and get directed to 'Ask the Crowd'. Seriously? This is beyond ridiculous.

I'm afraid we're unable to assist with that issue here as we don't have visibility of accounts.
As you mentioned, it should be resolved in-store. Have you tried speaking with the manager?
Perhaps if you chat with a Business Specialist they can offer some assistance?
