I bought a subscription of Optus Sport within Apple TV. I need to reset the device and after the finish to reset it, I got Optus Sport again. My email and password were inserted and the icons showing the games came to the screen. I click on one of the games and a message appears saying:
Premium access required to play this content.
The same message is shown when I click on the others.
I need help. Thanks.
If you signed up via the Apple TV there's a good chance your subsciption is through iTunes (Apple) and not Optus so you'd need to speak to them for help. Could just be that you haven't signed back into your apple account yet though, check that first
