I'm having issues cancelling my father's subscription with your optus sport. We only signed up for the world cup and would now like to cancel it please. We received an email that says we will be charged on the 31s August. I will be very dissapointed if this is to occur as you do not have a clear method to cancel subscriptions for individuals who aren't with Optus on a mobile plan.
I have tried your methods and can't setup an online account as we do not have an Optus mobile number and it will not let me do it through app store.
Please cancel our subscription before we are charged. Much appreciated.
