1. Login to optus.com.au and get the Dashboard
2. Navigate to Perks (to buy movie tickets)
4. Sends me back to optus.com.au Dashboard (does not progress to Hoyts website)
I've cleared cookies and browser cache. Have had no problems previously purchasing tickets.
Is something broken at the moment?

Hmm.. we haven't heard anything in regards to that 😕 It's working on our end right now, can you let us know if yours is too?

It started working for me 24 hrs later on Tuesday. But have just checked and it’s busted again...pretty poor if you want to go to the movies on the weekend..
To confirm have you run through all of our App troubleshooting to see if this helps?
Marie - it's not an App issue. This is happening on the website. I just checked and it is still occurring.
I'd suggest someone tests it at Optus to replicate the problem....vey simply, try to login to Optus Perks and watch it re-direct back to the Optus account home page.
I've just tested that out myself and had no issues.
Are you able to confirm do you login to My Account first or are you just logging into Perks?
