Online ID not sending me automated response about receiving my documents

I've sent requested documents three times using my Gmail account and twice with my Outlook account to onlineid@optus.com.au.

I have never received any response from Optus about receiving my email and when I ask over the phone, I've been told more than 3 times that the documents were not received so I have to re-send it.

Can anyone assist me with this as this is holding my order being processed?

If you're sending document to onlineid@optus.com, you need to mention the application id for which you're sending documents in the subject line. If you're not doing that Optus rep addressing you're application doesn't receive the notification. -- Cheers, SE
