Have been trying to get the online chat service to work so I can chat with someone about my account but it always says offline, no matter time of day trying. DId find a link in another thread and tried that, it doesnt work either. I have no home phone at the moment but do have the NBN service. Even the local optus store isnt able to help.. How can I speak to someone (prefer to chat online rather than phone) Please help.

For some reason, I click the link and it opens a new page... you click the topic you want and then it goes to a blank page

I would say it’s a browser problem. Try clearing all your temp files then do a restart and see what happens. If still doesn’t work I would try a different browser.

This is an issue for me for the last few months! Come on Optus.
Desktop computer, Windows 10 and Windows 8.1, On older and latest version of Chrome.
It works okay on the same computer with Firefox at this stage. try Firefox for now. The links don't bring up the pop up in Chrome, just does nothing.
