I am not able to log into optus Perks, keeps asking me to register to Optus Perks again and if i click Register to go through the process of registration, it tells me the below..

Looks like you don't have any active phone numbers or broadband usernames on the account at the moment. If you need some help click here.
Also tried browser reset and restart and still the same.
Tech Support doesn’t know much about this, anyone here ?
Thanks for getting in touch with @koshy. Are you trying to register whilst logged into My Account? Our Perks team are available on 1300 760 014 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm Saturday, if you're able to give them a call so they can take a look at your profile. Casey
