Need help again changing to mobile broadband plan!

So I get contacted by 7 diff Optus crowd reps.
Been 2 months now since I replied to one of them to get a resolve.
Has not been read! Well that's helpfull hey!
Tried to send a reply but now none are contactable anymore.

Just goes from bad to worse with you guys!

 

OPTUS = NO!

OK I seem to get diff folks stepping in to look at the issue I had and it's now been 2 months since my last attempt to
contact them about resolving this issue.
Absolutely hopeless!

Far too late now to look at getting this deal so again useless service and customer support!!!!!

Hello again.

OK this deal has just been highlighted to me and would be the best option to resolve my existing issue.
This would give me the 365 days that I am after.
Can you offer me this in light of what has happened?

Prepaid does not support number sharing.

I'm a Yes-Crowd Contributor, not an Optus Employee, and I contribute on a voluntary basis. Did someone on Yes Crowd answer your question? Did they share a great tip Please remember to acknowledge their awesomeness by throwing a Kudo and or Accepted Solution their way.

I have been chatting with you guys, through Yes Crowd messages!
Back an forth back and forth.
Now when I try to pick up the messages where we left off the operators can't
seem to be sent messages anymore!

Getting nowhere!

Even these last two replies have nothing to do with my concern.

I try and send a message back to any of the 7 optus peeps and all I get is...

 

"One or more of these members do not have private messages enabled. Their names have been removed from the Send to list."

Yes, those operators are not currently working in Yes Crowd which is why they are not contactable by anyone and advised it is not something we can currently assist with here, explaining how else to contact us.
