when you talk about change; what changes have you noticed ? check your bill thoroughly because it could be a factor of things for example: data excess, google content downloads, late payment fee, international calls/sms etc

Billing issues can't be handles via a public forum. You'll need to contact Optus via LIVECHAT, the mobile app, Facebook or Twitter to discus billing issues.

FWIW OPtus does often have issues with getting bill details correct early on but it sounds like yours has been a long standing one? Optus have more recently offered 'bonus' data etc. that can run out after 12 or 24 months.
