Hi There wondering if anyone has a solution, I am struggling to link a new broadband account to the my Optus account. I have an old my Optus account which was for my mobile service that is no longer active.
I have the the username and account number of the broadband plan but am confused as to where they are sending the security code for activation?
It it is not going to any email address potentiality linked with my service

Hey @tylerday - it would be likely that we're sending the SMS to the number that's no longer active. We can change the contact number on our end though and also help out with linking the service. Can you please send us a private message with your full name, account number and DOB?
