My Optus app System unavailable

MY MOTHER’S IPHONE MY OPTUS APP IS CONSTANTLY SHOWING “SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE”. I HAVE TRIED ALL THE FIXES I’VE SEEN ON THIS CHAT. UNINSTALLING APP AND REINSTALLING; TYPING SPRING/::CLEAR in notes then clicking on link AND DELETING APP, RESTARTING PHONE AND REINSTALLING AND NOTHING CHANGES. OPTUS PLEASE HELP. THX

Have u tried backing up all data the stuff on the iphone except the optus app and just delete the optus app and reset the phone I had done that when my optus app did not work  and when I tried every thing but I do think that the optus app does have a few issues anyway if u do read this cool 😎 thanks now some Ransome emojis lol 😎😝😋😜😉😊😀😁😂😃😄😅😆😇😴
