I have been unable to access my account online for 3 weeks now been online with optus which they tried numerous times to reset my account but has not worked. This problem has been escalated 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I try to log in as normal but always comes back with a message which appears above the word "Username" in red "Sm_Api_Reason_Userdisabled. Has anyone come across this. I dont think even Optus knows whats going on. Ref No - 1801170588

One solution might be to get a new My Account, and move your stuff into it.
Can you log into parts of your mobile account if you start a browser in private or in cognito mode, does your phone number show up in the top right?
