My Account


I have tried to access my account details all week through the website. When I log on and try and get account information it says "retrieving account information" and then nothing! I have made several complaints and customer reps tell me the issue will be fixed in 24 hours. I have had this issue in the past and think it's not good form for a major carrier to have these issues. Am I doing something wrong or is anybody else more enlightened than I.

The fault was raised and has been resolved. If you can reset your browser's cookies and cache, that should fix the issue! 

If the issue persists, please reach out to our Live Chat team or Facebook team privately so we can investigate further

I had the same problem yesterday, but now is working ok. didnt have to clear cookies or anythng
