Had troubles logging into "My Account" for 4 weeks. Mde three phone calls and 7 web chats but still cant access detailed usage. They keep elevating it to IT, but no change. Its really getting beyond a joke. What does it take to access simple data.
Sorry this has been ongoing for so long. I agree it's frustrating. Were you given a reference number for the IT case you'd mentioned? I'll see if I can get you an update
