My Account portal not showing my 2 Optus billing accounts.
I rang yesterday to have my Internet / phone / Tv Account added and the Customer Service Officer said she’d linked it and to give it 15 to 20 mins and try again.
I checked today and now I can’t see either of my accounts.
My mobile account was fine I just needed my 2nd bill added so I can see that electronically.
Now I cannot see either.
Hoe do I get this fixed. I have a call reference number if needed.

If you have a reference number I would be jumping on the live chat link below and asking them what is going on. From what I have read it's a common occurrence for accounts to be temporarily unavailable when making changes.
