My Account displaying retrieving your information message

After I login to my account online dashboard it continues to display "retrieving your information"

Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi GeeWhizz99,


Have you tried using a different browser and tried deleting temporary internet files, clearing cookies and cache, etc.?


What service are you trying to view? Is it available on the My Optus app?
