I've had my mobile with Optus for years, but recently took out a home broadband plan as well. I've had no issues with the My Account/Dashboard for my mobile until I've taken out the broadband - after calling Optus support I've ended up with access to my Boardband only via the Dashboard, and now no Mobile.
Is there a way to add two Optus accounts on to the single My Account/Dashboard?
