I'm trying to find out my previous month's usage on my home internet but can only see the current month's usage when I go to my account. Does anyone know?

Have a look at your bill for your last billing cycle as it should be written on that. Previous bills should be available under the Bills and Payment history in the Opus account portal.

Nope. My bill shows what my plan is but not the actual usage.

Are you positive John as its normally just one line on the bill? Failing that you might need to ask support as I made the comment myself some time ago that the data usage history had been removed from the account portal for no apparent reason.

Yes, positive, nothing there as to usage. I think I'll have to raise it with Optus. Thanks anyway.
