Mobile Self Care - myZOOmobile - multiple accounts not showing

I have a new small business account (1 month or so) and I'm trying to change the limit on all 6 mobiles for premium SMS to zero dollars.

I am logging in to Zoo from MyAccount (redirected) using the primary phone number and, when I get to Zoo my primary number shows at the top of the screen but the only number that displays in any lists in the body of the web pages is not my primary number.  However - it used to be the primary number (I changed it in MyAccount about a week after opening the account).

I guess this change has (a) not properly flowed through and (b) broken links that should exist between my primary number and the other 5 or 6.

Contacted someone on chat - they said they'd raise it with someone else...... seems to be the end of the story.... heard nothing more and not fixed.

Hi

When you were speaking to Optus did you ask them to set all you phones to zero for premium SMS?  If not I would get onto online chat to ask them to do so.

Dave

Hi @Sam2095 - apologies for the delayed response. If you'd like us to look into this for you, can you please confirm your account number, full name and DOB via PM so we can have this looked into?
