Missing Credit

Hi Optus, Credit of $18 is not being reflected on my broadband account. The credit was advised in your letter dated 31st Oct 2018. Please look into it.

You need to speak to Billing who can quickly follow that up. Given it's so small its likely if there is a note reflecting such credit was to be applied, they can quickly apply for you then and there.
