Missed call service - unable to turn on

When logged in online to My Account - Settings - Call Settings, I am unable to select ON for missed call service.

The font overruns the check bubble in the pop up box.

I have tried internet explorer, firefox and chrome. Also tried safari on an iPad. No luck with any.

Caller ID, on the same page, can be toggled off and on. 

Wondering if there maybe a problem with the web page.

Hi

Try through the My Optus app. Open the app>service>service settings>set up call diversions.

It is not a call diversion. This is a missed call service.

 

I couldn't see the setting for missed call service in the app.

Try this:

TURN IT ON TURN IT OFF AND SWITCH BACK TO VOICEMAIL

Call 159 and follow the prompts or SMS ON to 159
THEN
Dial ** 004 * 0411000160 # on your phone's main calling app and press the Call button.
Dial ** 004 * 0411000321 # on your phone's main calling app and press the Call button.

Hi Dave,

 

Thank you for your help.

 

I am not going to try that out because I am on $2 days and it will trigger a charge. I want to be able to turn off and on regularly.

 

I was really hoping that turning it off/on via the website could be fixed.

 

Maybe an Optus employee could test and fix.

I think you are not able to access the service on your Sim plan

To receive an MMS you would need to have your data turned on and everytime you got the message it would charge you.
