I had Optus cable for internet and telephony for some 20 years.
On my optus internet (setup on member servicee 20 years ago),
I have my primary username and 2 other usernames.
In member services (which reports: There is an error in the transaction server. try again),
i cannot change the passwords for the 2 otjher username and I cannot view them either.
What gives ??
How do I fix this? Log a call to tech support or what ?
Yes they have done away with many aspects of the old members service and email management seems to be an area that has been left high and dry. I would contact support via the live chat below and ask them what story is with your account.
We've kept the Members services portal active as we still have a small number of customers using a legacy service i.e Dial up broadband, Web Space, Optus TV feat. FOXTEL etc.
My Account is now your go to platform to manage your service (including downloading PDF copies of your bills).
What service are you trying to view?
Are you able to link it with the option provided?
Cable, add user names, delete user names.
Since this issue got messed up, I've now stuck with three email adresses and non access on anything else.
When you called, were you given a fault ticket number?
