Logging in "technical Difficulties"


I couldn't log in on my mobile with MyOptus app, saying "technical Difficulties".

I logged online via the website, got in but it's saying the website is down.

I want to pay my bill but with my credit card but with Bpay.

Please fix this.

Hi Verchavez,

It seems fine this morning, are you still having trouble?

You shouldn't necessarily need to log in to make a BPay payment, unless you're trying to retrieve your account number and the biller code?

Can you look at last month's transaction in your bank statement to obtain these?
