Live chat


Anyone else have a problem with live chat and how everytime you use it they try and make up excuses or fake reasons for why something isnt working twice now i have recieved shitty customer service first time tried to tell me my account was still going though set up and reason my nbn wasnt working but had been on nbn 2 hours before and now when my serice i was paying for the 100mbps has apprently never been upgraded from the under 25mbps even having proof that i had been recieving 100mbps earlier they then try and charge me another $10 but when i question that they cut my internet off all together
