Linking accounts


Under myaccount I used to have 2 mobile services and 1 ADSL connection. Bills were paperless.

I moved house and ADSL changed to cable.

Now myaccount only has the 2 mobile services.


I cannot find a way to link the new cable broadband connection and I am receiving paper bills for that.


Trying to create a new my account is impossible as it does not allow the internet username to register.


Why does it have to be impossible to complete such a simple task?
