I am having trouble getting past the 'link services' page after logging in. No matter what I try and access (dashboard, my account etc) it takes me straight back to 'link services' page, however no matter what numbers/usernames/emails I enter from my account they each appear as an error (eg. this service is already linked to a OnePortal account) and I can't get any further. I need to change my direct debit details for my internet and phone plans but am unable to access anything!
