Are you waiting on the delivery of a Mobile Handset?
It really depends on which stage of your order we're at. If we've already verified your delivery address and began packing your purchase, we're unable to amend your delivery address.
In the instance that you're not there to collect your package, a card will be left explaining how you can collect your package.
If the order is still pending and the warehouse hasn't began packaging your order, we may be able to amend your delivery address. I'd suggest reaching out to our Live Chat team.
