I use 14GB plan usage. But this time I got a over charging bill, I don’t understand my talk and message in unlimited and I didn’t use all ma data and I have 300 minutes international call. How can I used over 300 minuets international call? I didn’t get any warning to over charging. If you had informed me that you were overcharged, I would not have used it. And I think when I used over time, you guys block to my call. but any warning just over charging is not make sense.
I can not pay $94.25 this much a lot.
Could you provide a solution?
