Can’t remember your My Account Username or Password? All you need is your Optus account number (found on your invoice) and the email address you registered with Optus when setting up My Account. Now check out the instructions below:
Go to the My Account login page.
Can’t recall your Username:
- Click on the link titled Username
- This takes you to a screen where you’re asked to enter your Optus account number OR email address
- Click Continue
- You have the option of having your Username presented on screen or sent to your contact number/email address
Can’t recall your Password
- Click on the link titled Password
- This takes you to a screen where you’re asked to enter your My Account Username or email address
- Enter your account number
- Click on Send Temporary Password
- Your temporary password will be sent to your email address/contact number
Venture back to the My Account login page. You’re now good to go!
