My email accounts will not except the password.  I have tried to fix it via my account and via Live Chat.  Nothing is being excepted.

Maybe there is no real Life at Optus any longer and the Bots are on strike?

Hi there, so you've been unable to get in touch with the Web Chat team? It's strange you'd be having trouble with an existing password, it's really easy to have reset though. If you still need a hand with this, please send me a PM with your full name, account number and DOB. If you could also confirm a contact number, I can send a temporary password that would be great
