My contract has finished and was old in store yesterday that to change to a SIM only plan I needed to it online - simple apparently...? Can someone direct me with the steps on how to do this? I have just spent 40mins trying to find where to do this via my login.

Your first mistake was applying logic and going to your account to change something on your account
Head over to the below link, ensure you press the "I'm with Optus" tab and then take a look at the plans. When you find the one you want, press the "select" button at the bottom of it and follow the prompts. They'll collect everything they need to ensure you update your current plan rather then signing up for a second
