Hi, whenever i try to setup an optus myaccount for my new data only sim i get the error.
The service entered is not eligible for My Account registration. Please check and try again.
Yes it has been over 48 hours since activation.

How'd you go about signing up for the service i.e. online, instore or over the phone?
Depending on the channel you've signed up through, we may have already registered the service for My Account.
Have you tried the forgotten password link?
Enter the email address you've given us at point of sale and we'll send you an email with instructions which explain how to reset your My Account password.
Failing that, you can jump onto Live Chat. They can manually link the service to your My Account profile from the back-end.
