I can't believe it. The system update just get everything in a mess. I found my mobile account is no longer accessed via my optus member account username, which combined both my mobiles and home broadband information. I chat online with the agent and ask to add my mobile account merge to my current broadband account. However, now even I can't access to my broadband account. Please just let me know, how to access my account, I need to pay the bill. Thanks.
