I can't believe it. The system update just get everything in a mess. I found my mobile account is no longer accessed via my optus member account username, which combined both my mobiles and home broadband information. I chat online with the agent and ask to add my mobile account merge to my current broadband account. However, now even I can't access to my broadband account. Please just let me know, how to access my account, I need to pay the bill. Thanks.

If you have the account number and the amount to pay, you can pay it online without online access to the billing side of things via https://secure.optus.com.au/access/index.aspx?a=147942&dl=ExtPayMyBill&_ga=2.236381894.678420610.155...
