Can't activate a replacement SIM on My Account page

Why I can't activate a replacement SIM online? Please help to fix it asap.


I am using the old Woolworths Mobile prepaid plan ($30 for 5GB/$500 for 45 days) 


The error msg is:
Hmm, something's not right.
Check your SIM number and try again. Or please call us on 1300 760 026


(however, this hotline is always closed and can't be connected)
