Re my NBN Ultimate account number *personal info hidden*. I've been charged for a second Fetch box on this month's bill, but I only have one. About three months ago, I was having trouble with my Fetch box, and at the Optus technician's request, I returned the faulty unit and received a new replacement. There was a billing problem a month ago, and I rang Optus and spoke to a srevice advisor, and we both agreed that I only have one Fetch box and she would ammend my account accordingly. Can you sort this out and credit any overcharged amount for me please?
Bill for this account due on the 28th June 2019 and the amount charged is $103.06
