I am waiting for the consolidation of my accounts and even though I have 2 services with Optus neither show up when I log into my account.
I would like to receive a copy of current bills by email including a BPAY payment option.

Plenty of questions but no answers or solutions.
My mobile services have been orphaned from my account. 5-7 working days for IT support to have a look have lapsed with no result.
