You can request an extension online via My Account, on your phone via the Optus App or by calling 133937

I am leagally blind I can not bring up extension of payment on my iPad.Im stressing about this as I cannot get any one to speak to on my phone.Please help.Kay Anderson

Hi there, Kay. Do you mean the Request payment extension page is not working when you log into My Account? If so, are you able to try another browser? We are currently upgrading our billing system. If your account number starts with 62, requesting a payment extension via My Account is currently unavailable.


Here are some other options (apologies if some of these are not suitable for you):


For a mobile service:

  • In My Optus app: Go to Billing > Request extension > Follow the prompts
  • Text the word Menu to 9999 > Follow the prompts

Other services:
