Am experiencing frustrations with My Account online! I want to add my mobile service and my partners mobile service to our home service on My Account so that we have one My Account to log into. Its frustrating to say the least as it keeps saying our mobile services cannot be added to our account. This is the most frustrating app and service I've had to deal with. Help please.
Hi @ChicaDude - not great to hear you're having trouble linking your services to your My Account. Are both services under the same account number? If so, we should be able to do this for you on our end.
